Abstract

L'invention concerne les dispositifs d'affichage. Un dispositif destiné à la représentation de signaux possède une structure matricielle formée par des électrodes de colonnes Y1 , Y2 ,... et des électrodes de lignes X1 , X2 ,... Ces électrodes sont situées de part et d'autre d'une cellule à cristaux liquides, et elles font apparaître des conditions optiques différentes. à chaque intersection, selon que la tension entre les deux électrodes qui se coupent est supérieure ou inférieure à une tension se seuil. Application à la représentation des signaux analogiques.
