Abstract

Dans ce moteur électrique à refroidissement par air, les tôles du stator possèdent un contour extérieur non circulaire, notamment polygonal, et les tôles sont avantageusement assemblées par groupes de trois qui sont décalés angulairement de manière que les angles ou sommets des plygones des tôles fassent saillie dans une large mesure. L'air de refroidissement peut ainsi entrer en contact avec les tôles du stator, non seulement par les tranches, mais également par la surface plane des parties saillantes qui permet d'utiliser des ventilateurs de plus faible puissance, de réduire ainsi le niveau de bruit et en même temps d'abaisser considérablement la température du moteur, comparativement à la technique classique.
