La présente invention est relative à l'analyse des constituants de liquides biologiques. Suivant l'invention, l'analyseur comprend plusieurs postes d'analyse muni chacun d'un circuit de calibrage 130 et de vérification 140 permettant de déterminer automatiquement et rapidement si le support d'analyse utilisé pour l'analyse ne présente pas de défauts et est bien celui qui convient à l'analyse désirée. Application à la réalisation d'un analyseur clinique détectant rapidement des supports d'analyse défectueux ou inadaptés à l'analyse désirée
