Abstract
L'invention concerne un système capteur d'énergies naturelles non polluantes. Ce système fait intervenir un élément structural monté rotatif par rapport au sol, qui comprend au moins quatre paires de pales articulées, les deux pales d'une même paire étant reliées mécaniquement de manière à obtenir un auto-équilibrage, et des moyens de butée, avec éventuellement, amortissement, pour limiter dans un sens la rotation des pales en ladite position déployée. L'invention peut notamment s'appliquer à la production d'énergie électrique.
