Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil pour conditionner sous vide et simultanément mettre en forme un produit préalablement disposé dans un emballage souple pourvu d'un organe connu en lui-même pour l'extraction de l'air qu'il contient Selon l'invention, l'appareil comporte une enceinte étanche à l'air 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 et 6 reliée en 8 à un dispositif de mise sous vide de son volume intérieur, qui comprend au moins un panneau 9, 10, 11 doublant à l'intérieur, l'une des parois de l'enceinte et mobile par rapport à cette dernière pour constituer un organe de réglage du volume utile à donner au volume intérieur de l'enceinte pour obtenir la mise en forme désirée. Application au conditionnement sous vide.
