Abstract

L'invention est relative à un procédé de moulage. Ce procédé comprend: La préparation d'un mélange contenant au moins deux composants qui réagissent chimiquement l'un avec l'autre selon une réaction exothermique et dont le produit final est un solide durci et l'introduction dudit mélange dans un moule disponible qui perd sa stabilité dimensionnelle en atteignant une température prédéterminée. Les composants dudit mélange et le matériau du moule étant reliés entre eux de manière telle que lorsque la réaction exothermique s'est développée jusqu'à un point 1 auquel le mélange est capable de maintenir lui-même sa forme initiale, la température de la surface du moule en contact avec le mélange amené à réagir n'a pas encore atteint ladite température prédéterminée 3. Les produits obtenus sont utilisables notamment comme clou pour la démarcation des autoroutes.
