Abstract

Commutateur pour le transfert de domaines magnétiques afin de faire la sélection des trajectoires suivies par les domaines. Lorsque l'opération de transfert a lieu, l'amplitude du champ utilisé pour pincer les domaines est réduite. A ce moment un courant est appliqué dans le conducteur C coupant l'élément magnétique définissant les trajectoires possibles. Des commutateurs de ce type 30 et 38 sont utilisés dans- un ensemble à boucle principale/secondaires pour l'écriture ou la lecture respectivement. Application aux mémoires à bulles magnétiques.
