Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de séparation des solides particulaires par morcellement sélectif. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que l'on applique un choc d'amplitude suffisante pour rompre les liens entre les particules et/ou pour réduire la taille des particules plus tendres mais insuffisante pour réduire la taille des particules plus dures, où les particules sont de ce fait séparées avec un minimum d'usure par frottement entre les particules elles-mêmes. Application notamment à la séparation des matériaux inorganiques du charbon.
