Abstract

L'invention est relative à un dispositif de couplage paramétrique hyperfréquences d'ondes progressives. Le dispositif comprend une ligne de transmission A alimentée en fonctionnement par une onde signal et une onde de pompe. La ligne de transmission A est formée sur un substrat de matériau diélectrique et comporte un réseau B quasi-continu d'éléments non linéaires d'interaction permettant d'engendrer les intermodulations des diverses ondes progressives. Le réseau D est par exemple constitué par un panneau de diodes 4 intégrées, chaque diode se comportant comme une capacité variable modulée par le champ électrique haute fréquence se propageant dans la ligne.
