Abstract

Dans un canon à électrons pour un tube à rayons cathodiques comportant un système de lentilles constitué par quatre électrodes cylindriques disposées concentriquement le long d'un axe pour focaliser des faisceaux électroniques émis par une cathode 1, on applique à ces électrodes des tensions appropriées de façon à former une lentille de focalisation du type bipotentiel 4, 5 et une lentille de focalisation du type unipotentiel 5, 6, 7. De préférence, la longueur de l'électrode faisant partie de la lentille de focalisation du type unipotentiel et se trouvant du côté de la cathode est choisie supérieure à la moitié du diamètre intérieur de l'électrode.
