Abstract

A box encloses operational elements for voltage detector which produces either acoustic or optical signals indicating presence of voltage exceeding a particular level on conductors. Complete sealing of box is achieved when optical warning signals are produced. The box comprises two part chassis assembly of an insulating material. The chassis is housed in a cylindrical protective cap with a threaded ring which attaches the chassis to the cap. a hub carries a channel in which interconnecting conductors pass to operational circuits above a switch and the luminous sources.
