Abstract

Perfectionnement aux installations pour la production du ciment par voie sèche comprenant un four tubulaire rotatif, un préchauffeur chauffé par les fumées du four, un second préchauffeur chauffé par les fumées d'une chambre de combustion placée en amont du four et une chaudière chauffée par les fumées sortant de l'un des préchauffeurs et éventuellement par Pair de refroidissement du clinker et produisant de la vapeur alimentant une turbine. L'invention consiste à utiliser pour le séchage des madères premières, d'une part, les fumées sortant de la chaudière et de l'autre préchauffeur et, d'autre part, de la vapeur partiellement détendue dans la turbine, à une pression comprise entre 1 et 5 bars.
