Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de protection de surfaces de métaux ferreux et non ferreux contre la corrosion par carburation à haute température, qui consiste à préparer des mélanges de poudres fines de produits minéraux, d'une granulométrie comprise entre 0,04 et 0,00004 mm, ayant des concentrations de 0,5 à 92 % en poids d'au moins un constituant choisi parmi Si, Si3 N4 , ZrSiO4 , SiC, SiO2 , un verre, une argile, Fe-Si, Al2 O3 , ZrO2 , MgO, WO3 , Cr2 O3 , Cr3 C2 , Cr, la concentration globale ne dépassant pas 99,5 %, et des concentrations de 0,5 à 50 % en poids d'au moins un constituant choisi parmi : AlB2 , AlB12 , un stéarate de Al, Al, Cr-Al, B2 O3 , B4 C, Fe2 O3 , TiB2 , ZrB2 , Fe, Fe-Cr, la somme des pourcentages atteignant 100; disperser les mélanges dans un milieu liquide liant, de nature aqueuse ou organique; après homogénéisation, appliquer la peinture ou le revêtement sur les surfaces métalliques des produits à protéger, préalablement sablées ou nettoyées chimiquement et pré-traitées avec une couche d'un métal réfractaire pour faciliter l'adhérence, de la peinture; sécher les produits peints; et cuire la peinture en exposant les articles peints à une température d'au moins 700 degrés C une atmosphère oxydante.The invention relates to a process for protecting surfaces of ferrous and non-ferrous metals against corrosion by carburizing at high temperature, which consists in preparing mixtures of fine powders of mineral products, with a particle size of between 0.04 and 0, 00004 mm, having concentrations of 0.5 to 92% by weight of at least one component selected from Si, Si3 N4, ZrSiO4, SiC, SiO2, glass, clay, Fe-Si, Al2 O3, ZrO2, MgO , WO3, Cr2 O3, Cr3 C2, Cr, the overall concentration not exceeding 99.5%, and concentrations of 0.5 to 50% by weight of at least one constituent selected from: AlB2, AlB12, a stearate of Al, Al, Cr-Al, B2 O3, B4 C, Fe2 O3, TiB2, ZrB2, Fe, Fe-Cr, the sum of the percentages reaching 100; dispersing the mixtures in a liquid binding medium, of aqueous or organic nature; after homogenization, apply the paint or the coating to the metal surfaces of the products to be protected, previously sanded or chemically cleaned and pre-treated with a layer of a refractory metal to facilitate the adhesion of the paint; dry painted products; and baking the paint by exposing the painted articles to a temperature of at least 700 degrees C in an oxidizing atmosphere.
