Abstract

Ce composé de la formule III ci-après est un nouvel agent de stabilisation des muqueuses qui présente des activités antiinflammatoires et anti-ulcérantes. Il est synthétisé par estérification de l'acide farnésyl-carboxylique ou de ses dérivés avec l' alpha -bisabolol ou ses dérivés. Ce composé est particulièrement intéressant dans le traitement de l'ulcère gastrique.
