Abstract

Cet appareil est du type comprenant un système à levier à point d'appui variable et un dispositif régulateur qui amène l'appareil à une position médiane en cas de rupture de la timonerie de liaison avec un essieu. Selon l'invention, le dispositif régulateur 37 est situé dans la région de deux bouts 31, 32 d'un arbre divisé qui fait partie de la timonerie. Ce dispositif exerce normalement sur la partie d'entraînement 24 de cet arbre un couple restant pratiquement sans effet; par contre, en cas de rupture de timonerie, il exerce sur l'autre partie d'arbre 33 un coupe supérieur à celui d'un limiteur de course entre la partie d'arbre 24 et un élément de manoeuvre d'un chariot formant l'appui mobile d'une bascule.
