Abstract

The amplifying regulator is for a controlled mechanical ventilation system, having a shutter hinging on a mounting about an axis passing nondiametrally through it. The mounting is ring-shaped in and is situated in the diametral plane of a cylindrical body (3a, 3b) capable of rotating about its lengthwise axis between two end positions. The shutter (2) has a pointer, working against a curve of translucent material formed in the body. For a particular flow rate this indicates the various positions which the shutter can occupy as a function of the depression values acting on it and opposing the gravity return force.
