Abstract

Liaison dans laquelle une pièce moulée de matière plastique ajustée dans une cavité ménagée entre les matériaux d'une prothèse protège ceux-ci en leur évitant le contact direct. Les pièces reliées 1, 2 sont conformées de manière que les bords libres de la cavité 8 ménagée entre elles forment des rétrécissements 7 orientés dans la direction d'application des forces et la pièce moulée 4 comporte des prolongements minces se logeant dans les interstices étroits formés par ces rétrécissements. Application aux prothèses dans lesquelles une broche 1 de métal supporte par exemple une calotte 2 de céramique.
