L'appareil est identique à celui décrit dans la demande de brevet principal, à la différence près que le réchaud 16 supportant l'assiette présente un élément de chauffe sous tube 29 de forme en U, circulaire ou en serpentin. L'appareil peut être utilisé pour la préparation de la << raclette >>.
