Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour contrôler en continu le remplissage de récipients par un produit. La détection du niveau de remplissage est réalisée par un système émetteur-détecteur de rayonnement gamma ED porté par une structure mobile 18 comportant des patins 25 qui prennent appui sur le sommet des récipients défilant sous la structure 18, entraînés par un transporteur 2. Les patins sont tels que la mise à niveau de l'émetteur-détecteur ED se produit avant que le récipient traverse le rayonnement et cesse uniquement après son passage tandis que le temps de réponse de l'ensemble émetteur-détecteur correspond au temps de passage du récipient dans le faisceau de rayonnement L'invention s'applique notamment au contrôle du remplissage des bouteilles contenant du gaz liquéfié.
