Abstract

The life jacket has two inflatable bags (1, 2) of similar shape and assembled side by side. Each has a collar (7, 8) with the centres close to each other. The collars may be covered with a hood to join them together. The two bags are formed with two belts (3, 4) mounted along the lengths of the bag. The bottom belt has a cord (11) and two hooks (9, 10) to allow the belts to be tightened. Each bag can be inflated through valves (5, 6).
