Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de restitution à utiliser avec un disque ayant un sillon en spirale formé dans une de ses surfaces majeures, ce sillon comprenant une piste d'information. Selon l'invention, l'appareil de restitution comprend un bras 4, une aiguille 5 supportée à une extrémité du bras, et qui est effilée à un de ses bouts, ce bout étant dimensionné pour être reçu dans le sillon 14, l'aiguille comportant un moyen pour effectuer une lecture d'un signal; une platine 11 pour supporter le disque; un moyen 17, 18 pour supporter le bras en position de restitution, permettant l'entrée du bout de l'aiguille dans le sillon; et un moyen 19, 21 couplé au bras près de l'aiguille pour effectuer le mouvement du bras dans deux directions orthogonales. L'invention s'applique notamment aux vidéodisques.
