a. Enveloppe pneumatique comportant une carcasse dont les sections des flancs chevauchent, par leurs bords, les bords de la ceinture. b. Les bords intérieurs radiaux des sections des flancs chevauchent le renforcement du bourrelet et sont reliés à lui seulement par le caoutchouc ou la matière qui constitue le pneumatique. c. Cette disposition permet de faire une économie de matière première et donne une meilleure résistance au bruit et aux vibrations.
