Abstract

Appareil empêchant le mélange d'une partie de la masse plastifiée ayant eu une histoire thermique différente à la masse principale extrudée. Il comprend au moins deux unités d'extrusion 12, 14, la deuxième unité 14 comportant une vis 36 formée d'un axe 38 présentant une partie intermédiaire de section inférieure 48 située de manière adjacente à l'entrée 32 ménagée dans le corps 34 de cette unité, et une partie de section supérieure 52 en amont de l'entrée formant un épaulement 54 adjacent à l'entrée, la partie intermédiaire de section inférieure portant un filet hélicoïdal dont le pas assure une avance de la masse plastifiée vers la filière 42, tandis que la partie amont de section supérieure porte un filet hélicoïdal de pas assurant un déplacement de la matière en excès vers un orifice de décharge 46.
