Abstract

Pour la préparation domestique du yogourt, on utilise des appareils à chauffage électrique. L'invention consiste à réaliser l'incubation à une température de 44, 45 degrés C en contrôlant les fluctuations de température dans un intervalle serré d'environ +- 0,28 degrés C. L'appareil comporte un régulateur de température précis à temps de réponse court. Application à la préparation individuelle des yogourts.
