Abstract

The lateral slider is used for attachment to the fork carrier of a forklift truck. The lateral slider has hydraulic actuator whose cylinders is arranged above the fork carrier. This arrangement has radially projecting plate on the cylinder and this plate is connected with the fork carrier. The lateral slider is made of few economical components and it is compact and has low weight. The cylinder (4) encloses two cylinders (5) open at opposite ends. Each of these cylinders has a plunger type piston (6). The supporting guide (11) is connected with piston support (17) projecting in front of a plunger type piston (6). The cylinder (4) support guides (11) are each connected with one fork element (18, 22). The cylinder (4) has connector connected to both support guides (11). The connector (13) is also connected to the piston support bars (17).
