Abstract

The depilatory tweezers destroy hair by high-frequency electric current. The hair is gripped by the external portion, without contact with the skin, the current passing down the hair to the root and destroying it. The hair is easily gripped, since the tweezers rotate through 360 deg. on the cable. A miniature electric lamp in the tweezers allow visual monitoring of the current, giving greater safety for the operator.
