Abstract
Procédé d'obtention d'une chemise d'alliage dans une couche superficielle. On revêt d'une couche de métal une zone prédéterminée d'un substrat métallique S, l'épaisseur du substrat étant telle que le substrat constitue une source froide pratiquement infinie par rapport au revêtement PC, le liquidus ou le point de fusion du metal de revêtement étant supérieur d'au moins 200 degrés C à celui du substrat, puis on balaie ladite zone avec un faisceau laser à une vitesse et avec une densité de puissance qui, en conjonction avec la conductivité du matériau choisi pour le substrat, assure un échauffement rapide, impliquant la fusion du revêtement et d'une épaisseur prédéterminée WP + du substrat correspondant à la partie de la chemise d'alliage C qui lui correspond, en moins de deux secondes, et un refroidissement et une resolidification rapides du revêtement fondu.
