Abstract

The pot plant watering device consists of a water container which is placed underneath the plant pot. An absorbent stick is inserted through the plant pot into the container, which has two holes in it. One hole in the top middle part of the container is about twenty millimetres in diameter and is for the stick to go through. The other hole is in the top side part of the container and serves as a water and chemical inlet. The container can be made of plastics, glass, china, stainless steel or other material. The stick can contain absorbent tips such as cotton, sponge, or other absorbent material. Approximately ten millimetres of the stick is inserted into the soil inside the plant pot, and the other end of the stick is inserted into the water in the container.
