Abstract
Perfectionnements aux batteries d'accumulateurs. L'invention concerne une batterie rechargeable du type oxyde métallique-hydrogène comprenant un certain nombre de modules, chaque module comportant un empilement d'électrodes avec deux électrodes positives disposées directement l'une contre l'autre, des séparateurs étant disposés sur les faces découvertes desdites électrodes positives, une électrode négative placée près de chaque séparateur et un séparateur de modules placé près de chaque électrode négative afin de séparer les electrodes négatives des modules voisins, caractérisée en ce que les électrodes négatives de l'un des modules sont connectées les unes aux autres et aux électrodes positives du module adjacent suivant et en ce que les électrodes positives du premier module sont connectées les unes aux autres et aux électrodes négatives du module précédent, de sorte qu'on obtient une batterie de haute tension montée en série par l'interconnexion des modules adjacents. Application aux batteries d'accumulateurs, notamment pour véhicules spatiaux.
