Abstract

The barbecue-oven has a centre stand (1) with an outer cover (2) which is arched, and a metal centre arch (3) cladding the interior surface (12) of the outer cover (2). The cladding arch is distant enough from the outer cover to provide ventilation (15). The outer cover and the metal arch include a front opening (13, 16) to load and unload the oven, the opening being closed by a removable door (18). An upper opening (14, 17) is provided for the smoke to escape, and can be wholly or partly closed (24) by control (24a).
