Abstract

L'invention concerne un adaptateur vissable dans le crâne d'un patient et destiné à recevoir un transducteur de pressions. Cet adaptateur est formé d'une douille 8 comportant un filetage 10 à son extrémité proximale 9, dont une partie est conique, cependant que les fils du filetage sont usinés en dépouille dans cette zone, de manière que lors du vissage de la douille 8 dans un perçage du crâne d'un patient, on obtient un effet d'autotaraudage et d'enlèvement de copeaux, cependant que des rainures longitudinales (telles que 15) sont ménagées uniquement dans la zone des premiers filets dudit filetage, pour la reception des copeaux d'os. Application notamment à la mesure de la pression intra-crânienne.
