Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition et un procédé pour favoriser la nutrition des animaux. La composition contient du 0-(2,4,5-trichlorophényl) phosphorothioate de 0,0-diméthyle et du monensin en mélange à un solide comestible. Le procédé se caractérise en ce que l'on introduit une combinaison de 0,5 à 4 mg du phosphorothioate et de 0,14 à 2,3 mg du monensin par kg de poids du corps et par jour dans le régime alimentaire des animaux du cheptel vif ou de la volaille. La combinaison du phosphorothioate et du monensin à un effet de potentialisation sur la réponse nutritionnelle et l'efficacité alimentaire.
