Abstract

The single extrusion is made from lightweight metal and each piece consists of an outer rib with a flanged base, and an outer flange. The outer flange may be used to secure a rubber or plastics cover which seals the outer panes from the weather. the flanged base is also fitted with a support base for the glass. An inner rib connects to an inner flange arrangement each of which will support the edges of the inner panes which form part of the double glazed greenhouse. An 'O' ring seals the space between the panes.
