Abstract

Appareil enjambeur permettant de castrer le maïs mécaniquement d'une manière très précise quelque soit la hauteur de la végétation. Le présent appareil automoteur enjambeur comprend un châssis monocoque composé d'une partie supérieure portant les éléments coupeurs, le poste de conduite, ainsi qu'un moteur et une partie inférieure articulée supportant un élement élévateur. Ledit appareil est mu sur deux roues motrices et une roue directrice. L'invention peut être utilisée pour les terrains bosselés ou partiellement détrempés.
