Abstract

L'invention se rattache au secteur technique de la production, conversion ou distribution de l'énergie électrique. Il se compose d'un aérogénérateur maintenu en altitude par rapport au niveau du sol, au moyen d'un organe de sustentation dont la force ascensionnelle est maîtrisée par la conjonction de moyens de lestage liquide et gazeux, et des moyens d'ancrage et de manoeuvre par gaine souple, légère, étanche, accrochée d'une manière oscillante d'une part, à l'organe de sustentation, d'autre part à un treuil orientable muni d'un contrepoids d'ancrage, lequel contrepoids est structuré pour former un local au sol, sur lequel le treuil est fixé, et recevant et abritant les différents organes de la centrale et leur commande ; la gaine souple portant en son sein tous organes nécessaires au fonctionnement de l'aérogénérateur et de son organe de sustentation. L'invention est notamment utilisée pour la captation de l'énergie cinétique du vent.
