Abstract
Pour mesurer l'activité de la X-prolyl dipeptidyl-aminopeptidase, on utilise un nouveau réactif constitué de glycyl-prolylamino-7 méthyl-4 coumarine ou un de ses sels d'acides que l'on met au contact de l'enzyme dans un milieu aqueux et on détermine l'amino-7 méthyl-4 coumarine formée par voie enzymatique. L'invention s'applique en particulier à des déterminations dans les liquides biologiques utiles pour le diagnostic des affections hépatiques et des cancers gastriques.To measure the activity of X-prolyl dipeptidyl-aminopeptidase, a new reagent is used consisting of 7-glycyl-prolylamino-4-methyl-coumarin or one of its acid salts which is brought into contact with the enzyme in an aqueous medium and the 7-amino-4-methyl-coumarin formed is determined enzymatically. The invention applies in particular to determinations in biological fluids useful for the diagnosis of liver diseases and gastric cancers.
