Abstract

La présente invention concerne un récipient pour fromage frais. Le récipient de l'invention est formé d'un godet extérieur et d'un godet intérieur perforé formant faisselle supporté de telle sorte qu'il reste entre leurs fonds respectifs une cavité destinée à recevoir le sérum. Il se caractérise par le fait que les godets sont fermés par un couvercle unique, et que le bord supérieur du godet intérieur déborde du bord supérieur du godet extérieur et que le couvercle fixé au rebord du godet extérieur vient aussi en contact avec le bord supérieur du godet intérieur en l'immobilisant dans le godet extérieur. Application à l'industrie alimentaire.
