Abstract

La présente invention concerne un brûleur à gaz formant plaque de cuisson. Le brûleur comporte un élargissement et une extension du corps du brûleur formant une tête plate 11 équivalente à une véritable plaque de cuisson, laquelle est léchée dans sa partie inférieure par les flammes 17 sortant des orifices 16 pratiqués sur une sorte de col solidaire à la plaque ci-dessus, le col 14 constituant ainsi le brûleur proprement dit, lequel est incorporé à la plaque de cuisson de manière à obtenir une transmission par conduction vers cette plaque, de la chaleur cédée par les flammes au corps du brûleur et donc également de la chaleur émise par la zone centrale et d'origine de la combustion, le tout dans le but d'augmenter le rendement thermique. Ce brûleur est utilisé dans les cuisinières à gaz, domestiques ou autres.
