Abstract

L'invention concerne l'industrie des polymères. Une composition de liant comprend un mélange de latex dont la phase dispersée contient 1 de 80 à 99,5 % en poids d'un caoutchouc synthétique, et 2 de 0,5 à 20 % d'un polymère hautement carboxylé qui est un copolymère ou un terpolymère comprenant 1 un acide carboxylique alpha , beta -insaturé, 2 un ester alkylique d'acide carboxylique alpha , beta -insaturé et, éventuellement 3 un monomère organique éthylénique, copolymérisable avec les monomères 1 et 2 pour former un latex stable. Application de la composition de liant dans la fabrication de feuilles et feutres d'amiante présentant des propriétés intéressantes.
