Abstract

Procédé et dispositif pour souder et découper une feuille de recouvrement et un support, notamment un récipient, en matière thermoplastique, et produit obtenu. On amène un élément d'appui 23 en contact avec le support 21, le long d'une ligne 2la située à l'emplacement choisi pour la ligne de découpe, on amène une électrode chauffante 24 contre la feuille de recouvrement 22, en regard de la ligne de contact, et on presse l'élément d'appui 23 vers l'électrode chauffante 24 pour faire fondre la matière thermoplastique du support de part et d'autre de la ligne de contact, et engendrer des tensions en sens opposés, pour provoquer la rupture de la feuille de recouvrement le long de cette ligne de contact. Ce procédé convient notamment pour effectuer simultanément le scellement d'une feuille de couverture sur un récipient en matière thermoplastique et la découpe du récipient et de la feuille.
