Abstract

La présente invention concerne un alliage à base de carbure de vanadium et son procédé de fabrication. Cet alliage est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte de 10 à 40 % en poids de carbure de vanadium, de 6 à 12 % en poids de carbure de tungstène, de 0,5 à 1,5 % en poids de carbone et du fer pour le reste. Utilisable pour les petits outils de coupe rapide.
