Abstract

Connecteur pour câble optique à une ou plusieurs voies monofibres. Le connecteur doit assurer le maintien des fibres pendant les opérations de polissage et leur centrage précis en position d'assemblage. Les deux demi-connecteurs sont pour cela munis chacun d'une bague coulissante traversée par chaque fibre. Ces bagues sont immobilisées en position de polissage. En position d'assemblage l'une d'elle est bloquée en saillie, tandis que l'autre bague est maintenue coulissant élastiquement L'interface entre les extrémités des fibres se trouve alors à l'intérieur de la bague en saillie. Application dans tous ces montages utilisant les fibres optiques.
