Le système est composé d'une capsule etanche et transparente dans laquelle sont disposées deux glaçons, l'un noyé dans l'autre de façon à ce que celui qui est à l'extérieur doit d'abord fondre entièrement avant qu'il puisse se mélanger avec celui qui se trouve à l'intérieur, réalisant ainsi une temporisation. L'invention concerne l'industrie des produits surgelés.
