Isoindoline derivs. (I) are of formula (I): (where R1 and R2 are independently H, halogen, lower alkyl, alkoxy, NO2, OH or hydroxy-alkyl; R1 and R2 together may form an alkylenedioxy gp. or a gp. of the formula (II): and R3 is H or lower alkyl). (I) act on the circulatory system owing to their anti-serotonin activity or blood circulation-increasing activity.
