Abstract

Dispositif de tri pour effectuer la mise en ordre d'enregistrements en chevauchement avec le chargement et le déchargement des enregistrements. Ce dispositif comporte une série de permutateurs raccordés à un canal 10 pour le mode ascendant et à un canal 20 pour le mode descendant, chaque permutateur comprenant une paire de registres R et S et un comparateur K tels qu'au cours du mode descendant l'enregistrement de numéro d'ordre inférieur de la paire de registres est conservé dans le registre S alors que l'enregistrement supérieur est transféré au permutateur inférieur, et qu'au cours du mode ascendant l'enregistrement d'ordre supérieur est conservé dans le registre R alors que l'enregistrement inférieur est transféré au permutateur supérieur. Un tel dispositif présente l'avantage de commencer les opérations de tri dès le chargement des enregistrements.
