Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouveau type de moulin permettant de moudre le grain. Le moulin selon l'invention se caractérise en ce que deux cylindres sont montés dans une enceinte autour d'axes horizontaux parallèles décalés l'un par rapport à l'autre à la fois horizontalement et verticalement, les surfaces périphériques des cylindres comportant une pluralité de dents disposées en hélice et lesdits cylindres étant entraînés en sens opposé de telle sorte que le grain passe entre les deux cylindres, ledit dispositif comportant des moyens pour régler avec précision l'espace entre lesdits cylindres. L'invention est utilisable pour moudre n'importe quel type de grains et elle convient particulièrement pour moudre du blé de manière à obtenir de la farine pour pain.
