Abstract
L'invention est relative à un dispositif de détection du signal de déviation du faisceau électronique d'un canon à électrons. Le dispositif comprend une cible et des moyens de balayage 42 de la cible par un fasceau électronique dévié selon une direction y perpendiculaire à la direction de balayage x par des moyens 43. La cible comporte sur une de ses faces une série de moyens semi-conducteurs 3 générateurs de porteurs de charges sous l'effet du bombardement électronique. Les moyens semi-conducteurs forment suivant la direction de balayage du faisceau un alignement de générateurs élémentaires. Des moyens de lecture séquentielle 4 des générateurs élémentaires délivrent l'information à un circuit de charge commun. Application aux oscillographes cathodiques à haute fréquence de coupure.
