Abstract

L'invention concerne des préparations pharmaceutiques ophtalmiques à base de collagène à libération lente et un procédé pour leur préparation. On réalise une préparation pharmaceutique ophtalmique en incorporant un ou plusieurs médicaments ophtalmiques à un collagène solubilisé, une dispersion de fibres de collagene ou un produit de dispersion du collagène; on observe un effet prolongé (courbe -o-) par rapport aux compositions classiques (courbe -o-). L'invention s'applique en particulier aux compositions renfermant un ou plusieurs médicaments choisis parmi les mydriatiques, les myotiques, les antibiotiques, les anti-inflammatoires corticostéroïdes, les bloqueurs des récepteurs beta , l'idoxuridine, l'épinéphrine, l'acide glycyrrhizique et la vidarabine.The invention relates to slow-release collagen ophthalmic pharmaceutical preparations and a process for their preparation.
