Abstract

Wheels (8, 9) are mounted for rotation on a hollow angle (10). A hose drum (4) rotates independently of the wheels, and a tow bar (11) is connected to the axle. A connection (12) on the axle can be connected to a water feed pipe in the field. The inner end of the hose (3) is connected to the axle and its other end is connected to a rotary spray. A toothed wheel (12) is connected to the drum, and a ratchet lever (13) can be worked to rotate the drum and wind the hose on it. Alternatively a hydraulic jack (15) driven by water from hole (18) can be used to work the ratchet lever.
