Abstract
L'invention concerne un élément électrochimique et son procédé de fabrication. Il comporte une pièce électrolyte solide dense, en zircone stabilisée, conductrice des ions, et supportant une couche poreuse d'électrolyte solide de même composition. Cette couche poreuse augmente considérablement la surface de contact de l'électrolyte et diminue l'impédance de l'élément. L'invention s'applique notamment à des détecteurs d'oxygène.The invention relates to an electrochemical element and its manufacturing method. It comprises a dense solid electrolyte part, made of stabilized zirconia, conducting ions, and supporting a porous layer of solid electrolyte of the same composition. This porous layer considerably increases the contact surface of the electrolyte and decreases the impedance of the element. The invention applies in particular to oxygen detectors.
